E-Invoices

New versions of Cycle software solutions are being prepared, which will enable users of eInvoice functionality in accordance with the Law on Electronic Invoicing.

Our users are provided with the following functionalities (according to the selected package):

• Export of invoice in XML format by UBL 2.1
• Send eInvoices directly via API

  • Creating a PDF invoice
  • Send via API PDF, additional attachments and the invoice itself into XML
• Automatic receipt of notifications related to sent invoices
• Tracking the history of eInvoice status in TMS itself
• Receipt of incoming invoices by the eInvoice system
  • Admission to the electronic register
  • Systemic approval or rejection of invoices
  • Creating an incoming invoice in TMS directly from the data received through eInvoice
